I am an Intuitive, Healer and Transformation Coach. Deeply rooted in wisdom, having lived through the depths of darkness, transmuted lifetimes of pain, beat addiction, survived domestic violence and through many processes of death and rebirth, I know first hand that real and lasting change can only happen through honest understanding of why our mind and bodies work to protect us in the many ways that they do.
When we get to the root cause of our problems we are able to recover the versions of ourselves that have been there all along - waiting to be seen, felt and heard.
This is where truth lies.. where we begin to unlock limitless, potent, powerful capacity to express, love and accept ourselves. This is how we become who we are.
