Hi! I’m Ashley and I’m so glad you’re here.

My mission is simple: I help you learn to trust your own wisdom so that you feel, deep in your bones, that you are worthy of the life you’re meant to lead.

I’m a Reiki Practitioner, Vocal Sound Healer and Intuitive guide who has spent years empowering others to operate from a place of integrity, intuition, authenticity and confidence.

I have an innate gift to know and feel things far beyond the surface, often putting together pieces that have been hidden in the shadows for too long. I catch all the tiny subtleties and follow my energy as necessary to mirror back the truth for people and for communities. Perhaps from my lived experience of turning deep imprinted wounds into deeply grounded wisdom so that I could help light the path for others.

Trust me when I say… I know how it feels to burn it all down and I know what it takes to rise from the ashes.
