Known as "Universal Life Force Energy," Reiki works by harmonizing the energy flow throughout your Chakra system, the seven energy centers along your spine, each connected to specific emotions and aspects of your well-being. Reiki helps to bring you back into harmony and balance and helps to balance your nervous system.
In a single session, I combine Reiki with Sound Healing and the healing sounds of my voice to guide you into deep relaxation and renewal. As a vessel for this energy, I’m continually guided by your unique needs and the divine flow of energy.
